Drew Brees  is still the #1 rated quarterback in the league with a 112.3 rating. Another stellar performance yesterday in the win over Atlanta as he went 31-40 for 296 yards and 3 TD’s.


Wes Welker caught 10 balls for 105 yards in the win over Carolina. The man can play some ball! With yesterday’s effort Wes becomes the third person in league history to have three consecutive 100-catch seasons.

Thomas Jones rushed for 99 yards on 24 carries in the win over Tampa. Thomas is currently #4 in the league with a total of 1,167 rushing yards.

Jay Feely had a big day in the win over Tampa! He was 4 for 5 on field goals including a 49 yarder. He also added 2 PAT’s. Jay has made 25 field goals this year and the currently places him in a tie for #3 in the league.

Kyle Orton was solid in going 29 of 41 for 277 yards with 2 TD’s and 1 INT against Indianapolis.

Ryan Longwell also had a great day! He was 3 for 3 on field goals with a 44 yarder being his longest effort of the day. He was also 3 for 3 on PAT’s in Minnesota’s win over Cincinnati.

Michael Redd - Supplements of a Pro Basketball Player

Michael Redd describes himself as ” a man of faith. A husband and father. A basketball player. A role model.” On and off the court, Redd has made it his mission to enjoy life, work hard and be the best he can be.

According to the U.S. Surgeon General’s report, overweight and obesity are associated with heart disease, certain cancers, type II diabetes, stroke, arthritis, breathing problems and other serious health issues. As a certified personal Trainer and 2X Hawaii Ironman, I know and respect Mr. Hydration coupled with the FACT that The # 1 Injury in Athletes is cramping. Hydration or how to Hydrate is probably one of the top questions I get.


"Which drink should I drink?"


I just recently got back from working a Schumann’s Football Combine in California where it was 118 degrees on the field and the kids were dropping like flies due to cramping.  I also recently attended a Youth soccer camp.  After watching those little Champions run around with no stop in their vocabulary.  I decided people needed to know the facts about hydration. You see the little ones will go and go, they don’t know stop, but even when we know better by the time we stop it is all ready to late. We have a saying in the world of  Endurance sports like The Ironman "By the time you realize you need a drink or food its all ready to late."


So I decided to do a review on 2 of the more popular Hydration drinks. This is a comparison on a couple of popular hydration drinks so you can make an educated choice when deciding what you are going to Hydrate your Young Champions with or yourself with for that matter.


What is the difference between Gatorade and Advocare Rehydrate? This is a question that needs to be answered with clinical and scientific facts. You can’t just guess according to a bias point of view. We must be factual in answering this to let the readers and users know the scientific differences. I personally used to drink Gatorade and I thought that it was the best  hydrating drink ever.
